Vendor Schedule of Events

The following schedule is subject to change.

All vendors/sales representatives must check in to receive badges before admittance to exhibit areas.

Thursday February 16th  
1:00 – 7:00pm

Vendor badge pickup – Show Registration desk

1:00 – 8:00pm Vendor booth setup – Great American Hall & Aztec Room only
Friday February 17th  
8:00am – 4:00pm  Vendor badge pickup – Show Registration desk
8:00am – 2:00pm Vendor booth setup – Great American Hall/Chocolate and Great Lobbies/Aztec Room
2:30pm – 3:30pm Vendor Meeting – Nigerian Room
(Bow shooting room meeting to follow)
4:00pm – 5:30pm Dealer booth walk through (please be present in your booth)
7:00 p.m. - ? Dueling Pianos- Jeff & Rhiannon- Nigerian Room – Everyone welcome- Name badges required for admission, no exceptions. –New for 2012!!
   
Saturday February 18th  
8:00am Doors open for vendors – Great American Hall/Aztec Room
9:00am – 5:00pm Show hours – Great American Hall, Aztec Room, Chocolate and Great Lobbies
   
Sunday February 19th  
7:00 a.m.

Sunday Church Service – Dr. Wally Harder -          “How to deal with difficult people and profit.”
Cocoa Suite 6

8:00am Doors open for vendors – Great American Hall/Aztec Room
9:00am - 3:00pm Show hours – Great American Hall, Aztec Room, Chocolate and Great Lobbies
3:00pm - 9:00pm Booth tear down (no booth tear down before show closes).
